Awana 2025-2026

Welcome to Awana!

I am so glad you have chosen to send your child(ren) to our Awana club at Gospelife Church! The team and I are very excited to work with him/her this year, teaching him/her to know, love, and serve Jesus. We believe God will use this year's Awana club to strengthen and encourage your family.

We meet Wednesday nights, from 6:30-8:15, at the North Wheaton Campus (1N100 Gary Ave). Our program is divided into three clubs:

• Cubbies: Pre-K (ages 3-5; potty-trained and must be entering Kindergarten within 2 years. No pull-ups please!)
• Sparks: Kindergarten-2nd Grade
• Truth & Training (T&T): 3rd-5th Grade

The registration fee is $30 per child.* Uniform and book prices are additional, required add-ons. Handbook bags are optional, but recommended.

*Volunteers who serve in Awana will not need to pay the registration fee. Volunteers must complete a background check and be a member or regular attender of Gospelife Church or another local church. Below are some important dates to keep in mind. In addition to the below dates, our club has monthly “theme nights.” I will be in regular contact regarding details about theme nights, as well as the below dates. 

• September 10: First Night of Club
• November 26: NO CLUB (Thanksgiving)
• December 24: NO CLUB (Christmas)
• December 31: NO CLUB (New Year's)
• April 1: NO CLUB (Spring Break)
• April 22: Final Regular Club Night
• April 29: Final Awards Ceremony

Please make sure you have completed the medical release form before the first night. This form is required for your children to participate in games.
